  
Windy Hill has been testing many different Soy waxes for our new line. We have found that some are actually the same product that bakeries fry their donuts in. This product just does not meet our high quality standards. We have selected Natures' Gifts Soy wax. They have spent 10 years developing a soy wax that is specifically made for candles. This product is 100% PURE soy and is not a blend of soy and other oils.
Soy wax is made from soy beans which are grown and produced in the USA. Buying soy candles reduces our country's dependance on foreign crude oil which is what parafin candles are made from.

Our tests have shown that the soy candle does burn very cleanly. The photo above shows our regular candle collecting a little soot on the top of the jar while the soy candles have not done this.
These candles are the EXACT same recipe as our regular jar candles except for the wax, The fragrance is the same. The colors will be much lighter due to the soy wax.
All colors of soy candles are a lighter pastel shade. Dark colors are not possible with soy.
Bottom line is you will get a very srong scent, great burn time and a cleaner burning candle all with using a renewable, made in the USA wax.
