Shipping and Returns

We do not ship outside the USA.

Shipping and handling on orders under $50 is a flat rate $9.99 - Lower 48 USA states only. Ground Shipping is free on all orders over $50 but is limited to normal delivery charges. Areas like Utah and other remote areas have very high shipping rates, Should the rates be excessive on your order (which is rare) we will contact you. We will check both UPS & USPS for the best rates and will select the carrier we feel is best for your area. Lower 48 USA states only.

Expedited shipping options are not available.

Returns - you can return anything except candy which is melted or broken, close outs and custom made items. We suggest you contact us with any questions as returns will have our shipping cost deducted from your refund. Combine this with your return shipping cost (your responsibility ) your refund may be very minimal.

DELIVERY - IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ACCEPT THE DELIVERY. IF UPS or USPS LEAVES THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF IT IS STOLEN OR DAMAGED BY HEAT OR COLD. IF YOU WORK ALL DAY, YOU CAN USE THE 'SHIP TO' OPTION AND HAVE IT SENT TO YOUR WORK PLACE. IF UPS ATTEMPTS DELIVERY AND DOES NOT LEAVE IT, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PICK IT UP AT THEIR LOCATION. IF YOU DO NOT, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO US AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE LESS OUR ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS BOTH WAYS.

ANY ADDRESS CORRECTIONS BY UPS WILL INCUR A $15 FEE PER BOX

NOTE: If you live in a HOT state and the weather is over 90 degrees, Heat related damage is not covered by UPS insurance and is NOT our responsibility.

WRONG ADDRESS - should you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, UPS will try to find you and correct the error. There is a $15.00 fee (PER BOX) for this which will be billed to your card. If the order is returned because of this, we will credit your card back for the merchandise less shipping both ways.

Returns

All returns MUST be sent by UPS ONLY. DO NOT return by USPS as our experience is the damage is excessive and they leave everything at our mailbox which is on a busy highway, Many packages left have been stolen. UPS delivers inside our facility and is much safer and the return is usually in good shape.

All returns must be within 30 days of receipt

DAMAGES - Never refuse a package for any reason as you will have actual shipping fees both ways deducted from your refund. If you suspect damages to jar candles or other non candy items, accept the package and notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt. Pictures will be required as we will file a claim against UPS for the damaged items. We need pictures of the box outside and inside with merchandise in it as well as the damaged item. This is to prove to UPS it arrived damaged and not damaged after delivery, Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter!
